You may change your subscription ship date/renewal at any time by logging in to your Supergut account. Navigate to and click on the "Sign in" icon located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Once you're in your Account section, follow these steps to update your next scheduled ship date:
- Click on "Subscriptions"
- Click on "Edit Shipment Date"
- Select the specific month and date you prefer your Supergut subscription to renew on
- Click on "Save Changes"
When you click on "Save Changes," your screen will refresh. Your new ship date will be reflected on the right-hand side of the screen under "Ships On." If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact one of our Customer Experience representatives.
