You may pause your subscription at any time by logging in to your Supergut account. Navigate to and click on the "Sign in" icon located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Once you're in your Account section, follow these steps to pause your Supergut Subscription:
- Click on "Subscriptions"
- Click on "Edit other subscription details"
- Scroll down a bit and click on, "I’d like to pause or cancel my subscription"
- Select the amount of time you would like to pause your subscription. We offer 1, 2, or 3 months options :)!
- Click on "Save Changes"
Once you click on "Save Changes," the screen will refresh and your new ship date will reflect the amount of time you selected to pause your Supergut subscription. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact one of our Customer Experience representatives.
