You may skip an upcoming shipment at any time by logging in to your Supergut account. Navigate to and click on the "Sign in" icon located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Once you're in your Account section, follow these steps to skip an upcoming shipment:
- Click on "Subscriptions"
- Click on "Skip Shipment"
- A prompt will appear confirming you are skipping your upcoming shipment. Click on "Skip Shipment"
After you click on "Skip Shipment," your screen will refresh. Your new ship date will be reflected on the right-hand side of the screen under "Ships On." If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact one of our Customer Experience representatives.
