The natural sweetness in our formula comes from allulose (a super-low calorie sugar alternative that is absorbed by the body but not metabolized) and a small amount of Reb M (a natural non-GMO sweetener that's calorie-free and has the same sweetness of stevia without the bitter aftertaste).
