I am already subscribed. What steps should I take to receive reimbursement?

Complete the questionnaire to qualify for HSA/FSA eligibility.
Obtain a "Letter of Medical Necessity" from TrueMed (typically processed within 24-48 hours).
Submit the letter, along with your Supergut receipt and any required documents, to your HSA/FSA provider.
